CA – Losing Tax Revenue from…

OK, so this is an interesting article.  California is an aggressive sales tax auditing state.  They always claim to be losing money and needing to raise revenue.  So, California allows medical marijuana to be purchased legally for medicinal purposes.  But the DEA is stepping in and raiding these businesses who employ people and submit millions in Sales Tax revenue each year.

Whether or not you agree with the legalization of Medical Marijuana, if a state and it’s legislature has said it’s legal with certain restrictions and requirements, why would the Federal Government step in any seize monies and take away jobs and taxes that are used to fund schools, etc.
